Breakfast was good albeit very Indian! the highlight for us was the evening meal in the rooftop restaurant, this was excellent with superb service from one particular lady. We used the hotel transport to Miracle Garden and it was not overpriced but much better comfort than a regular taxi. We will shortly book another stay here.

I always liked the hospitality and courtesy of the staff, showing their care and dedication to the guests. From the guys at the entrance to the room service staff. Housekeeping is available over the hour. Even after 6.0 pm, they can come and clean up the room. The guys at the reception are very friendly and helpful. In addition to the prime location of the hotel.

A minimalist hotel. Nothing over the top, but everything was well attended to, nice & neat. The staff was very helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the location. It is located far enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get to either Jumierah or downtown Dubai within 15-20 minutes. It is closer to residential areas, with a 24 hr market open just a short walk away. If you rent a car, then this is a perfect place to stay. The food at the restaurant is great and very reasonably priced in comparison to eating out anywhere else. The coffee at the coffee bar is great as well.

I liked the atmosphere. It was clean and professional. Perfect for work trip. Good location, quiet area. I also liked swimming pool area. Small but cute. Also, room service was perfect! Food was delicious and the waiter was so professional. Excellent location 15 minutes drive to Airport and 10 minutes walk to Metro Station. Nice property, clean, bright, fresh and welcoming. The ground staff inside the restaurant were outstanding.

All the Hotel Staff were awesome. I had a wonderful time, when I stayed in this Hotel.. Without mentioning a specific name it will be injustice with staff special Pavan & Kamala, All the front office staff were very welcoming and proactive in their respective jobs. Concierge, House Keeping, Security and Bar have many kind individuals who helped a lot to make my stay memorable. I thank all the people from the Hotel and Management specially GM Girish for this wonderful experience.

The staff were all helpful, smiling and amazing. But a special thanks to the receptionist Kamla, she was extremely helpful and on top of everything. she resolved our issues immediately and helped us with a very smooth transition from one room to another, as we had two bookings in two different rooms during our stay at the hotel. Girish was also very helpful and always smiling. the rooms were clean and perfect, and the cleaning staff were also friendly and helpful. this is my third time staying at this hotel, and it won’t be the last.

About 12min walk to the metro station. Lots of restaurants in the area; and, unlike some places in Dubai, one can walk around easily in this neighborhood. The bed was amazing. The staff was very helpful and spoke perfect English. Downstairs pub was great and surprisingly inexpensive considering the local price level. We had an extremely late flight out and they let us use the pool + showers on the evening of our departure. Big thanks.

It was all amazing! Everything was clear, beautiful and luxury! It has everything that person needs! Excellent hospitality by hotel employees Shafiq, Pavan, Kamala, Mehtab & GM Girish, Clean and comfy rooms with great designs Convenience in all services and Requests Highly recommend this hotel. Clean, delicious buffet breakfast, room, location was super!

From reception, pool area and room service, we were met with great coutsey and professionalism. Room and bathrooms were both excellent, spacious well furnished very quick response on calling for any assistance. The only improvement required is training of assistants in breakfast area more variety for international flyers (continental food). all else is a 10

We enjoyed our stay too much, a very interesting place with high service. I highly recommend trying this experience. Thank you Kamla from reception, she assisted us perfectly, professional, smiled all the time, was polite as a high hospitality standard. We will be back for sure and recommend to all our friends
